Our Story
Founded by J.C. Claypool and Jeff Murphy, MidAmerican Beef™ is built on a shared commitment to providing wholesome, farm-fresh beef to families. Our journey began in 2019 when we merged our expertise to create a fully integrated beef operation—raising cattle, growing feed, and handling every step of the process to ensure superior quality and flavor.

    Our cattle are born and raised to finishing stage in lush, spacious pastures. We use low-stress handling techniques, ensuring their well-being every step of the way.

    Our beef is graded for exceptional marbling and tenderness, ensuring top-tier quality.

  • 21-Day Dry Aging

    We dry-age our beef for 21 days, deepening its rich flavor and tenderness naturally.
